coco_milkshake Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Cheers darlin, I do that especially if I am in the car or sitting here while working during the day. But will do it more now I know it worked so well for you . Its better to do that while you are moving about. Do it especially when you are walking or climbing the stairs. I do a lot of walking so it helped me alot.
brothermartin Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Yes but its amazing what breathing in or the right clothes can cover up! I'm telling you my belly protrudes I don't like it, am trying to do something about however will never have a flat tummy, never. So I guess my real question if you couldn't see it that well when clothed then got down n dirty or saw body in a bikini would you think its horrible or just concentrate on the better parts like big tits, great toned legs and cellulite free ass n thighs? If you would'nt mind me giving you a zerbert, the tummy is just as sexy as the rest of you!
Author bigheartkindsoul Posted November 18, 2007 Author Posted November 18, 2007 bhks, if you want to improve yourself, do it. If not, don't. There's no such thing as a woman with universal appeal and perfection for all. All the compliments in the world will not affect how you perceive yourself because then, it becomes a need for constant external validation. Get happy with yourself. Exactly. Do this for yourself more than anything else. Love yourself and get confident about your body. Your right, I am working on it. Believe me I do like me and my body 100% more than I used too.. I have gone from having zero self esteem when with the ex ex, abusive relationship to now having a fair amount and knowing my good bits. I just get a bit hung up about the odd bad bit, but at least I don't hate it all like I used too

reboot Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Personally, 6 packs and 4 packs do not turn me on. I like my women soft.

Sometimes that is just the way you are built and should be fine in your own skin. I'm happy you got out of the past and working on your future.

I don't have a perfect body by any means but what I have, I'm okay with. If someone doesn't feel it's good enough for them, do let the door hit them in the ass on the way out.
coco_milkshake Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 I admit 4 packs and 6 packs are not as nice on women as they are on men. My tummy is still flat but not as hard as it used to be cos of the weight gain.

Everyone has flaws and noone is perfect remember that but as long as you love yourself thats all that matters. There will be a guy out there who will worship the ground you walk on and love you for who you are on the inside as well as on the outside.

Dam you lot are so so wise You are correct I have to stop thinking I have to have perfection to be good enough. This stems from something in my childhood but I am good enough, I am I am I am bumps n all.
brothermartin Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 WFT is ZERBERT??? Imagine my mouth and the sound of a motor boat where your tummy is. Thats a zerbert!
Dynamo Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 I think a girl with a little bit of a tummy is cute. flat stomachs are sexy of course, but I'm not very fond of girls with 6packs.. Leave that to us guys, haha. So yeah, it doesn't bother me!
wizer Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 I'd prefer a woman with a hard flat tummy. That much said, we don't live in a perfect world, and I've got a gut myself. Life is full of compromise.

Life is full of compromise. Hang on there. You've got a gut yourself but feel that it's a compromise for a girl to have one? What's wrong with this picture?
wizer Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Hang on there. You've got a gut yourself but feel that it's a compromise for a girl to have one? What's wrong with this picture? I fully acknowledge in my post that I am a walking double standard, that I want a girl to have a flat tummy but I have a gut myself. I wouldn't even attempt to try to defend my position.
tanbark813 Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Personally, 6 packs and 4 packs do not turn me on. I like my women soft. Agreed. Visible abs on women look too masculine.

Author bigheartkindsoul Posted November 18, 2007 Author Posted November 18, 2007 Hmmm...then I guess it would be okay for me to expect a man to have a perfect body... In our dreams and if beer is no longer made huh!!!
wizer Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Hmmm...then I guess it would be okay for me to expect a man to have a perfect body... Absolutely. Fairness has nothing to do with it.
Trialbyfire Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 In our dreams and if beer is no longer made huh!!! Haha...it's why I date men who prefer hard liquor or wine, v. whine...
Author bigheartkindsoul Posted November 18, 2007 Author Posted November 18, 2007 Haha...it's why I date men who prefer hard liquor or wine, v. whine... Doesn't happen in UK, its beer in the pub thats it, wine only drunk indoors - where no one they know can see them!!
Trialbyfire Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Absolutely. Fairness has nothing to do with it. Then what does it have to do with? Unrealistic expectations of someone else, when you're unwilling to meet the same standard?
Author bigheartkindsoul Posted November 18, 2007 Author Posted November 18, 2007 Then what does it have to do with? Unrealistic expectations of someone else, when you're unwilling to meet the same standard? Total BS isn't it, hey man wants perfection but is happy to be in the untoned club. This is the type of guy that makes women more paranoid IMO.
Trialbyfire Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Doesn't happen in UK, its beer in the pub thats it, wine only drunk indoors - where no one they know can see them!! I'm just being obnoxious. Who cares what a guy drinks, unless he really likes little umbrellas in his drinks. If he does, I would wonder and wonder and wonder.
