OK I'm back into the dating scene again and have been reading The Rules. Good book by the way. I'm learning to set my boundaries. How do you answer someone when they ask you out and you have plans. Generally I would think just saying I'm sorry I already have plans would be enough. But how do you answer, when they point blank ask and want to know what your plans are? I dont want to be rude, and say well at this point its really none of your business. So how can you answer someone so they stop with the questioning?

1. How do you answer someone when they ask you out and you have plans.

"I'm so sorry but I've already made plans. But thank you!"

"I'm so sorry, but I don't discuss my personal plans with very many people. When I know you better that's something I may consider...but not quite yet."

"Excuse me, please, but I've got to go, real quick, to find an out of the way place to let out a loud fart and perhaps take a dump."

Well, this is somebody who is trying real hard to get to know me. Has been calling several times a day. Ive told him I date and talk to others. But he always wants to know what I'm doing.

Tony, #3 was good. You made me laugh:laugh:

Just teasingly suggest to him that he's way too nosy to be a guy. :p

Either use Tony's male suggestion or use the good ol' female excuse.

"I'm sorry but I can't tell you. One of those personal female issues, y'know?".
