Why is it so hard to believe that there exists just one soulmate for us? We only have one mother and one father. Sure, we may have many motherly or fatherly figures or stepparents or potential parents, but the truth of the matter is Bob from Australia isn't my dad. Same thing applies for soulmates, the world might be a big place and it seems possible that there are many people who can be our soulmates, but that's irrelevant.

If your 31 years old and somehow still can't keep a boyfriend more than 2 months, even when he says your his soulmate, it's kinda hard to believe in it.

How would you define the term, "soulmate"?

As for one mother/one father, that's something physical, from a biological perspective. It's like saying, gravity exists on Earth, therefore, there's only one soulmate.

I don't believe in soulmates...at all... Pardon the directness but I think it's romantic drivel.

I do believe in levels of compatibility. I also agree that you're settling with the current guy.

I've only had one relationship where the two of us met on every important level and almost every other level. It was quite inspiring. We completed each other's sentences. We were the love of each other's lives.

We got married, he cheated, then we got divorced. Why this makes me laugh, lord only knows. :laugh:

:laugh::laugh::laugh:

This sums it all up for me, well said.
