neva had a girlfriend before

i am a 23 yr old guy who hs never had a girlfriend before.i hv never had a fling either.i hv been tryin since i was 16 but i hv lost count of how many times i have been rejected..my female friends hv tried hooking me up either but tht neva worked coz i always had first dates only n e girls wud loose interest.recently i ws introduced to a girl n thingz seemed fyn n i thought i ws gettin closer but she started giving me a cold shoulder and i hear now she hs a new bf...i rilly liked this girl and i neva disrespected her in any way.i know i'm not a pretty boy but is ther anything at all i can do to make grls stop resenting me so much.? i feel so lonely and ugly
