After that we went to different colleges so we didn't come across each other than periodically like 1 or 2 times every year and everytime by luck. This was going on for 3 other years. She was always nice and warm to me but i always felt that here eyes were shining when she looked at me,telling me she was waiting for me to make a move. I only noticed this the last time (so after 6years...oh my god that was long ) and remembered all those little things she did to seduce me but i always ignored them... .I saw here the last time 4 days ago in the bus, she was talking to her boyfriend on the phone, i was so disappointed, it made me feel sick the whole day and the next day, i could hardly eat something, i was badly hurt. I couldn't stop thinking about her so I contacted an old friend who knew here brother. He reported me she had had different boyfriends these last years and one long relationship and she is still with this guy. She loves her friends a lot and lives with them in a flat, her boyfriend lives with her too. In my opinion he was here friend befor becoming her boyfriend. I think i have no chance against him, because her friends will support him and influence her not to leave him for me The biggest problem is that i can't get here out of my mind, i know it sounds silly, but it's the first time i can't forget a girl... It would be so easier if a could control my feelings. A friend told me it's because of reciprocity, when i found out she liked me i automatical liked her. I think he got right but how can i solve this problem? What do you think people? thanks for your answers.

People who leave their partners for someone else make me sick... if she's not all that happy in her current relationship she should leave of her own accord without anyone waiting in the wings.

I'm the guy she wanted to be with from the beginning but who didn't responded well to her because naif, distracted or for someother reason. She propably thought i didn't like her in a romantic way but just as classmates. Anyway if she accepts to be with me and leaves her boyfriend it will be her choice not my fault !

I didn't read anything that said she told you, or a friend told you. If she did really have a crush on you for that long and you didn't notice it, not to be mean, but your SOL. I think it would be cruel and out of line for you to now step into her life and break her relationship up, that from the sounds of it, she is really happy in. She may end up hating you or thinking your a jerk from trying something like that. It also sounds like a situation where you want what you can't have, or the offer was there for a while, taken off and now you want it. Life doesn't really work that way. To get her out of your mind? I would go out with your buddies, don't sit at home, go to the coffee shop, go to a club or a bar, talk to someone who you think is cute walking down the street. Just go out and get your mind off of her by hanging out with other people. I didn't mean to be rude in my post, I just think it would be really sh*** of you to do something like that.
Author Cosmo Posted November 14, 2007 Author Posted November 14, 2007 don't worry, I met her this morning by luck (yes it's incredible ) and chatted with her a little (like 10 min in the bus). There was no enthusiam, just little sympathy. We talked about nothing, she didn't even mention that she lived with her boyfriend, just that she now lives in the same city. I think i'm defenitly out of the game bye !
