I am a researcher, I have two kids.

I have to work and I also have to cook and clean house everyday.

I am tired of life and doing these things including work.

I have had a lovefair with a guy from internet.

I completely lost. I felt not comfortable with that and I left this guy now. I feel lonely.

I don't know what to do. I guess I love my husbanbd, but I feel too much stress and I need to release this pressure somewhere.

Any help?

I know how tough that research can be!

Listen, most husbands are dense as bricks. You have to try with every ounce of your soul, and every bit of your might to make him be the man you need! If you do that I promise you will never regret the effort you give!

Online affairs will never solve the problem. Just be a bandaid.

Be strong! Demand what you need! Don't be afraid to give in return!

Talk to your husband. Plan, together what you and him want to do to better your life and your future. Your unhappiness isn't healthy for your two children. Make a list of what you want out of life, even if somethings seem unattainable. Then work on what you can do (even in the smallest way) to work towards giving yourself a happier life. Everyday, do something for yourself (with or without your family) that makes YOU happy that doesn't involve hurting anyone, including yourself.
