bigheartkindsoul Posted November 6, 2007 Posted November 6, 2007 Ok so as my LS friends are probably aware had a new date last night (the fireworks one). Lots of you asked for a review so....... Ok so...........he was waiting outside the pub, he paid to get in (was a charity event), I wanted to buy the first drinks but he would not let me, so I got the food later on. Fireworks were excellent told him he'd picked a great place, convo was good, pleasent evening, no sparks but would certainly like to go on another date with (name) and see how we get on to see if anything grows, he asked me out again already so I just have to let him know when.

Glad to hear you're giving him a second shot, despite you mentioning that there were "no sparks". Sometimes we are too haste in writing a guy off. Good for you.

Wish I had a date with fireworks bursting all around me!! Yeah it was a smallish country pub, they held it for charity so thought it would be small but actually it was really really good. The only thing, you know when your under fireworks its all romantic, I just thought wouldn't it be lovely to be here 2 months or so down the line with someone holding hands and cuddling up with them in the cold.

I KNOW!!!!! That would have been friggin' awesome!! I'm hoping to do that soon... or maybe have fireworks on my wedding day! LOL.

Mmm thinking I might be getting too old for getting married with the full monty dress n all but would love fireworks, lots of white, gold, and my favourite blue n gold together ones - I love them (day dreams!!!)

Sometimes we are too haste in writing a guy off. Good for you. I think it's worth seeing someone at least twice. The person that I am currently completely nuts about didn't exactly bowl me over when we met. But we met very randomly and casually with all of our friends around us. So we barely talked to each other at all. The second meeting, ah, that was much better.

I live about 15miles outside of London (south) so getting into the countryside is very easy and not as far as one might think - cheeky mare....LOL ;):laugh:

You neve know what might develop! The whole fireworks thing has just now made me think July 4 could be a great wedding day! (If on is in the US, that is:cool:).

Thing is I am busy Friday, Sunday I will probably loaf as have a party the night before so will be a late one. Shall I just give him a day next week I can make?

Glad you had such a nice time with the fireworks guy-when will you see him again? Will you call him and let hime know or is he calling you?
