What you have to do is make sure you don't cheat (easier said than done for some) or if you do and regret it, then learn by your mistakes. The first time I cheated on my exBF I felt as guilty as hell and confessed, to ease my own conscience more than anything. The second time I felt as guilty as hell but learned not to confess. It didn't happen again for a long time but the third time it was a hell of a lot easier and I felt a lot less guilty than I expected. Thank God for my then BF that we are no longer together. He deserves far better!

I've also heard this as well. I've also never strayed whether it's an EA or a PA. I can't fathom why people do it. If you're unhappy, leave.
