Ok... Since a month ago I started exercising making cardio and eating healthy (not lacking of food) and I lost 2 sizes of jeans ( I used to wear size 12) and now i am size 8. I was super happy about it till now. why? BC I stopped doing exercises for a week (first - bc i got my period and second bc as long as I go running outdoors and exactly the last week it happened to come a storm in the DR and it was raining all the time) and I DON'T KNOW how I feel like i gained weight back! its driving me crazy. but i still my clothes fits me perfect.

 

is this me being overwhelming bc i didn't exercises for a week?

or am i just feeling like this bc of my period?

 

 

p.s> I am just planning to join a gym, i think it would help alot. i wanna lose like 30 pounds, get tonify and obviously keep the weight lost.
