You have to try. There are no guarantees, but you have to put in the effort. It sounds like she did, now it's your turn. You can't expect her to do it all, and you can't expect her to wait forever without getting something back from you - she took a risk there, too... Take a risk. Try.

And We have been making eye contact in class. And Now when i mean i can't get her out of my head, i mean it i think about her 24/7. Today in class she gave me this look, It wasn't a bad look, it was a good one. Im Waiting to see what happens next week. Oh, and also theres another girl in my first period class. She Kinda acts like me, and acts kind of shy when im around her.
