He said; when he feels like not going to the gym that is the day he makes sure to go & would rather take a night off on a day he feels like going to the gym so it feels like a treat not quilt. You can always go & tell yourself that you will only work out for a half hour instead of an hour & most of the time once you get there you stay for the hour. (It works for me)

I only started one lesson and I have been so busy with my work and free lance job as well so I didn't have the time to continue. So for the past few months, I have stopped. My coach just called and asked if I could make this month and judging from my schedule.. I might just be able to!

Im getting married in April and want to be in great shape for the wedding. So my motivation is driven by the fact that all 3 of my bridesmaids look much better than I, and even though the focus is always on the bride, I NEED to look better (not better than them perse but better than i look now)!!! Bad I know, but Ive known these girls for years and years and have always been the "thin" one in the group. That changed this year. We need to be the 4 musketeers again!
