Heavenly55 Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 So yes I started talking to guy from the internet, highly unusual for me but hey lol. We haven't met each other yet but exchanged photos etc. So he texted me and called me the following night. The next day we were texting each other right away. So we finally spoke and well we were on the phone for 3 hrs. Very rarely, or should I say I haven't in years met someone who I clicked with right away. We have so much in common, family history, etc that there was never an akward moment of silence. Anyway, even after we got off the phone he texted me goodnight. He asked me out this weekend but I told him I have plans, gotta add a bit of mystery to me lol. So the only thing is that it's not that I get the desperate vibe from him, but he he told me he's looking for a relationship. It wasn't like that's all he spoke about but I can tell. I'm use to the more ahole, aloof type who would never tell you what they want. So is it good to meet someone so upfront, even though I know it may turn some women off?
Cobra_X30 Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Heck yeah! Guy is probably used to beign treated like crap! Act like he is gold and you have it made in the shade!
AriaIncognito Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 My ex and i started off the very same way. Met online, talked for like 5 hours a day on the phone and i hate the phone. Unfortunately, he's my ex now. So, take that for what you will. Sometimes when they do too much too soon, they are too good to be true. Hopefully, this one will be...
Blue Eyed Brain Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 Consider it foreplay. He's trying to get to know you (and you him).
