charliepapa Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 G'Day I did something stupid I was forwarding an email with comments to my life coach (counsellor) and instead sent it to this girl I spent four nights with this week. The sex was good though I did not think it was going to last very long with a she is a tom boy and smoked like a chimney. Of course she terminated the relationship as soon as she read it. The comments were not that bad, just not for her. SO CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS AT ALL TIMES BEFORE SENDING.

Timberlane Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Duh-oh! I deleted some cell numbers just to avoid this very thing.
Trimmer Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Out of curiosity, were your comments about the girl who saw them, or were they just comments that revealed things about you that she saw as unflattering? (Or was it just the fact that you were seeing a life coach at all?)

(Or was it just the fact that you were seeing a life coach at all?) The email was about her, smoking and the relationship. She mentioned the smoking in her reply and that she was not willing to give up after I apologised before she read the email. She knew I was already uncomfortable about the Smoking. I don't regret the relationship ending, just how it ended through a stupid error on my part.

Sometimes I hold back opinions in an Email which I would normally speak outloud to someone, just because they can spread so easily. Even if you don't make a mistake, someone else can just hit the forward button, either innocently or intentionally, and things get from here to there...
popey Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 i once recieved an email from my sis about a guy. replied (to her i thought) but it was actually his email attached. I realized as it was in send mode. ran to data processing department pleading that the retrieve it from the server. needless to say, this was all in vain. such is the detriment of our modern abilities to respond.
Author charliepapa Posted November 21, 2007 Author Posted November 21, 2007 Due to another mis-communication she left her phone with her parents when she was on holidays. Her father told her that I was chasing her and she got in contact with me. Since then we have spent another night together and she is coming over on Saturday to see my new flat I have just signed a mortgage on. I guess miracles happen.

I guess miracles happen. I thought you wanted to end the relationship because of the smoking and some other things? Is it really a miracle or just a "smoke screen".

CD111 Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Ohh, sometimes you gotta learn the hard way. LOL
RecordProducer Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 When I am sending funny sexy videos or any emails, I always check if I didn't click on one of the deans of admissions at schools. I don't think this would leave a good impression. Yes, I do check the address before I send a delicate email. I would want my husband to hear my opinion of him second-hand.
