baby-boo Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 (bf of 2 years broke up with me just over 3 weeks ago - because he said his feelings had changed and he didnt love me anymore...) he normally doesnt have the internet, a house phone OR a mobile at home, he rang me a couple of times after we broke on 0800 reverse asking for me back, but would then ring the next day saying he had been drunk and he didnt want me back... it hurt alot so i got 0800 reverse blocked... but he broke his thigh bone a few days ago, and has had acess to a computer.. hes been messaging me asking for me back again... the last week i have been meeting up with an old friend (who me ex jst happens to hate).. we kissed.. i still love pete.. i guess i jst did it cos i was lonely.. I told my ex about it.. but he still wants me back.. im so confused now... cos i love my ex still... but i dont want to get hurt again.. and its unfair on the new lad im meeting up with... cos i dont even no why im doing it... i mean i like him.. but im messed up its not fair on him... What shud i do? plz plz wb someone...
Spinderella Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 If you really want him back: Tell him you cant take him back just on a whim of his, and that he needs to be sure. Tell him to think about it and get back to you in a month on it, in the meantime with no contact. Dont pursue things with the other guy just yet. If you have had enough and would really like to move on: Tell him its too late and pursue things (slowly) with the other guy.

I went thru this kind of relationship break up just over 12 months ago. I was with the guy 3 1/2 years. He would tell me he didnt love me and didnt want to be with me and then later try to take it back. While he is confused it will probably not work (i am sorry to say). My relationship slowly deteriorated over the last 12 months, like this. I wanted to believe it would work out. I stayed in that relationship months longer than i should have, untill finally i kicked him out. I know how much it hurts to walk away. You deserve better.
lexi29 Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I'm in the same situation- my ex (together 3 yrs) left me a little over 3 weeks ago and he started dating someone else. He decided he didn't want to be with her, left her last friday and now wants me back. I don't know what to do either. I told him if we do anything it will be taking it very very slow. I still have feelings for him obviously and wish it would work out but I just dont' know. Good luck with your situation.
Author baby-boo Posted October 30, 2007 Author Posted October 30, 2007 well.. ive decided to give it another go.. im scared.. i hope so much it works... ive told him i want to w8 about a week.. and see if he still feels the same then.. cos i dont want him changing his mind again.. then if after a week, he's still jst as eager.. im going to go for it and take things slow... wish me luck...
