MikeChurdh Posted October 21, 2007 Posted October 21, 2007 I just wanted to say that as a man, one of my major pet peeves is when men who cannot "get with the ladies" start "asking" such questions as "why are woman so shallow?", "why are woman only attracted to (fill in blank here-rich, muscular, etc.) guys?" Questions like these, and the inevitable answers that they spawn (such as "because mean old shallow women are hypocritical, etc etc. they say they want a sweet loving guy, but they always go for the good looking, suave, bad boy instead etc etc etc ad nauseum) really make my head want to explode. Now for full disclosure let me say this, I have not had a date in 9 years, and I personally find myself physically repulsive (falling far short of the blonde haired/blue eyed Germanic ideal that I so greatly envy and admire). But hey, that's life. Am I going to blame anyone because I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and not in Berlin Germany? No, of course not. So why do all of this men find the need to blame women for their lack of success in picking them up? As a man I not only accept the fact, but also understand it, that the majority of both MEN and WOMEN need to be physically attracted to someone to enter into a physical/romantic relationship with them. There is nothing wrong with that, that is just one of the many ways in which members of our species are genetically hardwired. This certainly does not make anyone "shallow" or "superficial" or "mean, and uncaring" or "hypocritical." Woman, just like men, want someone who they see as a physically attractive potential mate. That is what we are all programmed to desire. So guys please accept this fact, and cease with all of the complaining and belly aching about those mean, old "shallow and hypocritical" women. I don't think that is a valid statement to suggest that a group of people from a certain country are not attractive. To say that the blond/blue-eyed Germanic look is physically more attractive is just wrong. On top of that, there are lots of brunette German people. So watch it with the ethnic stereotypes, please. Now....as far as appearance, appearance is subjective. You go to a restaurant, and you see men who are average to below average in attractiveness, yet they are married and in relationships. You also see very beautiful people with people who are not nearly as physically attractive as their partner, but there is something there called love and they are attracted. Love is deeper than looks. Also, when you fall in love with someone, you are truly falling in love with the person, not their looks. So...I don't get your point to this post.

It amazes me how deluded and sick people whom believe this crap are (This includes you) Germanic society has always been a vast mix of everything. Really..what do you know...your only trip to Germany is when you open your copy Mein Kampf on your bedside table every night. What you believe is more of the nonsense in your head, bringing it here and trying to rouse tension is absolutely useless. Because considering my family is from Norway in which there are a vast amount of blue eyed blond haired people, well the Nazi's had no problem killing them to serve their cowardly purposes..didn't they now.
