I really thought you were smarter than this. Your bitterness regarding your inability to sustain a relationship with any woman of any nationality, is really starting to take over. You should really take a step back and reflect here..

America is such a diverse country, it's pretty hard for me to buy into such a generalization (nevermind that you are pointing straight at me, as I am American and a woman to boot...) I would expect that there are women in all of the countries you have listed that would share the qualitites you ascribe only to American women....but hey - what do I know??? What has happened recently (?) that makes you feel the need to post these feelings?
Touche Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 I am very impressed that the only woman who basically agreed with the OP that American women suck and went on to pompously state that she felt that women of her country's origin were better was Canadian. Her several snide, what she fancied as clever remarks (one of which had nothing to do with women of a certain country's origin, but politics), slamming American women, just exhibits a lack of modesty, intelligence, and class. However, I am not ignorant enough to stereotype a whole country's women. Keep on typing in wikipedia, girlie! It's your best resource. Keep painting your broad, uninformed brush strokes! Woot! I have been to several areas of Canada and make it a point to visit every couple years and I will definitely say that if you picked 20 Canadian women and 20 American women out of the cities and countrysides, you wouldn't find any difference as far as education, intelligence, and attractiveness. Anyway, I am pretty impressed that the American women here were smart enough to not post something so ignorant as you know who. I will say that as a whole, French women are beautiful and have a special grace, inner beauty, and "je ne sais quoi," so to speak. Watch the documentary French Beauty. It is on Showtime or something now. HUH? Please show us where she said that. Are we reading the same posts?

So he hits on and dates the wrong type of women.. this is what dating is all about.. learning who and what kind of woman fits us best.. By the process of elimination and time you should find the kind of woman you really are looking for...

Think about it. No, its more along the lines of what Woggle is saying! The issue is that American Culture fails to reward some valuable types of male behavior, while often rewarding the bad traits. I'm sorry to say this but if I walk into a relationship and treat a girl like you see on TV... it will end in disaster. Act like Dr. McDreamy and your going to get treated like Dr. McWeenie. However, you act like your living in a rap song... and straight thug your women, this behavior is highly rewarded. So, for the most part... I'm going to agree with Woggle.

Or those with zero self esteem. That kind of behavior toward me would find a man unceremoniously sailing off the toe of my boot. By the same token, I expect my man to have expectations of the way I should treat him. And I treat my man wonderfully! He deserves it.

There appears to be a major disconnect... All men talk about politics. I am yet to see a man thinking about it (except my father). Be nice. I've had many an entertaining debate/discussion with men and women about politics. Politics is far too fantastical to be considered real life. As for women, most women fundamentally want the same things, no matter where you live. For that matter, so do most men. It appears that the OP wants a different way to get to the same place, than the women he's been targeting or dating. Isn't it time for amerikajin to look at a different type of woman?

I'm sorry but everything from highschool on has literally trained me to take a me first approach with women. Truth is I get more when I take than when I give.

I'm finding it rather amusing though. What if his title said, "Blacks suck" Or "Jews suck" Why is it ok to insult an entire group of people by telling them they "suck." And you're defending this? I think people have been anything but mean considering the garbage he's spewed here. Get real!

I have spent a bit of time in france and there are ALL kinds of women there too. This thread is getting silly. As I said before, there are A-holes in EVERY country. No country is exempt, or more superior than another, but most of us hold one or two countries dear to our hearts because thats human nature- we all have to come from somewhere!

I cant tell you about yourself, because I dont know. Only you do. So I am required to speak in general terms. In essence this means we are talking about different things. Example: I am talking about fruits, you respond with information about apples. So yes, I understand and believe that you as an american female probably do not fit the mold of this particular discussion. Probably due to the fact that you dont 100% buy into mainstream American consumer culture. After this, I have absolutely NO expectations of YOU. Get a grip. Get a grip? I think Amerikajin started this just to see what would happen, as he has not posted any useful information about his particular situation - only supplied (and added) generic - and highly flammable - fuel to the fire... An emotional pyromaniac, still standing quietly at the scene - there at the back of the onlookers - with a glazed look in his eye, and mixtures of fascination, arousal, and guilt flashing across his face.
