Mainly for the women: What does this mean?

Well sorry i couldn't put the subject in the title as i couldn't really think of one that was short enough.

 

I was wondering, what does it mean when a girl (stranger) who is in front of you and about to walk past you starts running their fingers through their hair? Is there a particular meaning to this? Such as:

-A nervous thing when walking past someone, so instead of looking away or pretending to be texting, etc they play with their hair

-A sign of attraction?

-Absolutely nothing?

I say nothing... I do that all the time.. and I don't even notice who I'm passing... you read too much into body language my dear.

 

If, she is looking straight into your eyes, bites her lips, smile at you... while she passes her fingers through her hair...then I say she might be interested... or flirting.. but if she does this while she passes you without looking at you then it's nothing.

As an example, when I'm bored or deep in thought, I sometimes twirl my hair, with or without witnesses. It's pretty meaningless, more of a bad habit, than anything else.

For me it means my hair is feeling particularly soft between my fingers because I used a new conditioner.

Eye contact is more indicative of interest than running my hands through my hair.

 

I wouldn't read too much into it. Now if she's running her hands through her hair AND making eye contact AND smiling... Well...
