jealouswhy Posted October 20, 2007 Posted October 20, 2007 We're getting married soon and I'm resentful/jealous over fiance's son and contact with his ex...His ex is remarried and this is my first time getting married. His son lives faraway and he doesn't see him much anyway--don't understand why I'm feeling this way????
norajane Posted October 20, 2007 Posted October 20, 2007 Do you feel like he only has a limited supply of love and he's giving some of it to his son instead of giving it all to you? Do you resent the son because he is evidence of his love for his ex? Does his son or his ex disapprove of you? Are you afraid he loves his son 'more' than he loves you?
