Have you ever made a decision that is best and worst one for you. It makes you the happiest, and saddest you've ever been?

How do you get rid of the pain, how do you stop your soul from getting teared apart?

You focus on exactly why the decision is GOOD for you. Everything has a good and bad side but it is important to dwell on the good side. Nothing comes without some sort of consequence and pain is always going to emerge but knowing that getting yourself out of a certain situation is better for you in the long run should be comforting.

Do you want to be more specific on why you are feeling this way or do you not want to talk about it? Either way, hang in there. Over time you'll rebuild what was torn down and find yourself a much stronger person.

I have read there is no right or wrong decision, just different outcomes.

I like the idea of focusing on the Good reasons for the decision though.
