I haven't been in a relationship I actually liked being in for maybe... 3 years now I think. Anyone else had that kind of situation? A totally awesome relationship went to ****, and now you're just like "**** it, I'm gonna sit this out." I just find myself being so impartial. Instead of trying to get a ****ing date, which usually turns into a big cluster-**** anyway, I go to the range. I don't party with anyone, and I don't look forward to companionship. Its like I just cant see it happening. Now you're either picturing some ugly ****er, or some dorky ****er writing this, but all the 25-30 year old women I know say "Eric, you should be rolling around with girls. You're definitely good looking enough." WELL I DON'T JUST WANNA ****!... sorry, I kinda freaked there. I dunno guys, I'm running on empty here, and I'm running out of ammo. I'm wondering If I should just give up on the whole thing and buy more guns, and just masturbate to porn every friday night rather than wasting time looking for a girl.

birdie Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 getting back to the original point: don't think there is anything wrong with you. it is our society that makes you think you should do this or that. how you should be chasing girls all the time and have sex with somebody new every week if you don't want to settle. I find dating people I'm not that into soul-destroying as well and don't meet guys that are special that often! so sometimes have one-nights stands or whatever when I feel isolated but sometimes nothing for ages. not going to compromise and spend time with a complete jerk just to be in a relationship! often can't be bothered to look for anyone anyway and to be honest, that's usually when I find someone I like. they tend to surprise me

I'm approaching my 25th birthday, and I've already gotten the, "So when are you getting married?" question from relatives. In short, do what you need to do to be happy, and f*ck everyone else.
