monkey5 Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 A little background...I am 19 years old (female), I work part time in a supermarket bakery for spending cash. (not a great job, but it pays the bills.) There is a guy at my work who is 22 years old. He's very nice and we seem to hit it off...however, 2 nights ago, he really creeped me out. I know this may not fit into this category (sexual health) however I needed a few opinions on it. 2 nights ago, I was scheduled to get off of work at 9:00pm, however, there was some things that needed to be done and I didn't want this guy to have to do it all himself. (we were the only 2 working by the way) So I stayed longer. Anyways, as we were working, we had a nice conversation going...I like this guy...all of a sudden, he turns to me and says, "you want to hear something weird?" I replied, "sure." thinking it would be something goofy...then he said, "I want kids...like, right now!.....but I don't have a girlfriend." The tone in his voice was hinting at something...and it made me quite uncomfortable. I didn't really talk to him the rest of the night, and I came up with an excuse to leave earlier. Since then, I haven't talked to him...He has asked me out more subtley before...but this time it was out in the deep end. Am I reasonable for feeling uncomfortable? What was he trying to say? Did he just want to get into my pants or was he actually serious?
