LovelyLovely2 Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 I have two best girlfriends. We've been friends for about 7 years now. All three of us. It's cool, but lately some things have been really getting to me. We have this event coming up, where we need to dress up all cute like, and we all found dresses. Mine was black, Lacys was black, and Audreys was red. I found a different one later in the week. It was adorable, maroon with a flower on it, glitters. I love it! I called and told them about how excited i was to wear it and that it was so different and me. Well, Audrey went and got a different dress, kinda like mine, and they both bought flowers to put on their dresses. They also always borrow my clothes all the time. and its okay..its just that i like to have my own style without them always being like ....my clothes! lol. and same with my perfume, i let audrey smell and use it once, she went and bought a big bottle of it, now we smell the same..and hang around the same people..It just bothers me a little.. it didnt use to, but now its starting to get to me. Anyone else know what im talking about?
Trialbyfire Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Haha...my g/fs and I are the complete opposite. If we end up accidentally dressing the same, the person who we're picking up, will go and change. Pet peeve: Couples who dress the same. No, you aren't congenital twins. While you may look alike after years of being terraformed from living together, please...please...do not dress the same.
jerbear Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 LOL :lmao: I also would like to mention, there were studies where women who are child bearing age in the office would also have they cycles in sync. So you and your BFF's might be sharing a similar schedule. It sounds like you might be leading the "wolf pack" by being the alpha in the group. My friends and I are opposites, I'm usually either the well dress or arrested by the fashion police. Their all married too.
