The threads about perfume got me wondering.

What do you prefer? A woman to smell like a perfume / men like cologne? Or their own natural scent?

I have 2 perfumes but forget to use them. I don't at work because I work in a Chocolate Shop and don't want to mix with the scent of the shop which smells amazing! Then when not working I forget.

It all depends really. Sometimes men's natural scent is stinky as I'm sure some women's are as well.

I wear perfume all the time unless I'm staying at home. I don't like my natural scent unless I just got out of the shower. Not that I stink but well never mind...hard to explain. Lol!!

Well then...

Now let me see....if their natural scent smelt good and so did the cologne they wore....hmm...it would depend on if we were doing something or not.

1. Clean man fresh out of the shower.

2. Old school Acqua Di Gio by Armani.

Yeah, I agree with TrialbyFire. Either they smell nice and clean or wear a good smelling cologne.

Oh yeah and what is with these guys who wear cologne at first and then stop after a couple of dates? I guess they feel like they don't really have to impress anymore?

Would you prefer the type who puts a spray on every inch of his body before the date?

I love the combination of shampoo/clean clothes/aftershave  Isn't overpowering and is yummy

Nope, one or two sprays is just fine. Cologne can be a turn on for a woman so I would like for them to wear it for at least a little while after we start dating!

I prefer a natural just out of the shower clean smell myself, but the GF has some pretty amazing perfume. I just don't know the names of them and one of them I bought for her last year.:o

I agree. One spray is my limit. A pet peeve of mine is going out for some drinks and some guy standing next to me smells like a FW. Thats trying a little too hard IMO.

Natural scent, to attract mates and evolutionary type stuff, plus people will stay out of your room, and if someone starts wrestling with you, you can trap their head in your armpit. Heck ya. Git-R-Done. All natural.

nothing beats soap and shower pairing with natural scent. you want to know how someone smells without all that artificial stuff anyway. I'm all for that
