I'm having an incredibly difficult time sleeping. I've always been a night person...but this is getting ridiculous!

 

I'm too excited at night (I read, listen to music, post here, message friends, etc)...

 

I need to stop. I need sleep. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

 

Anyone have any good ways to hit the sack at a decent hour?

Someone...anyone!

 

I'm sitting here in class trying to stay awake. My poor prof probably thinks I snorted something before coming to class.

 

I need to sleep. So how do I do that?

 

My plan is to stay up (not go home and take a 5 hour nap)... And then go to bed at a "decent" hour.

You should drink some warm milk or take some sleeping pills prescribed by a doctor.

Get off caffene, or any other stimulant.
