Ocean-Blue Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 I'm having an incredibly difficult time sleeping. I've always been a night person...but this is getting ridiculous! I'm too excited at night (I read, listen to music, post here, message friends, etc)... I need to stop. I need sleep. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Anyone have any good ways to hit the sack at a decent hour?

My poor prof probably thinks I snorted something before coming to class. I need to sleep. So how do I do that? My plan is to stay up (not go home and take a 5 hour nap)... And then go to bed at a "decent" hour.
