whattothink Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Is it possible to be "just" sleeping with someone for three years? Or would you think some kind of emotion would have to be involved? Thanks!
This_Too_Shall_Pass Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Is it possible to be "just" sleeping with someone for three years? Or would you think some kind of emotion would have to be involved? Thanks! It's possible. Although over a period of 3 years, there is some level of attachment present, even if only in the form of a habit.
Lizzie60 Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Like you said.. it's called FWB... no commitment, no strings attached... no love... but some kind of attractiveness is essential.
Beauty28 Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Ok. 3 years is a long time. I would say yes... there has to be some form of attachment. Quick... break it off before someone gets hurt!!! Have either of you been sleeping with other people??? or Just eachother???
Phoebe Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Three years is a long time for FWB situation to continue. I'm assuming that you have feelings for the other person and have been hanging on for three years in the hope that something would develop. I think it's probably time to have an honest conversation with this other person, that way everyone knows where they stand.
Yamaha Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Someone who would go 3 years in a FWB situation had there mind made up from the start that they only wanted this type of relationship. You can sustain it even if you do develop an attachment of some sort.
