About flashing/skinny dipping

Hi there. I do not understand why girls flash guys (other than mardi gras) or their guy friends. Is it because girls just wanna have fun? They flirt sometimes, but I don't know what motivates them to go like skinny dipping. Usually it would be around guys right, at night? They don't do that stuff around just girls unless they are playing?.....so confusing.

I do not understand that either. I usually go skinny dipping with my girlfriends or my bf. I don't flash strangers - sorry.
