suzie sweet Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 Been seperated for 2 yrs i have 18 and 5 yr old children, (dont class 18 yr old in this matter as he is an adult), Kept the family house going bills etc on my benefits, social paying the intrest on the mortgage, hubby paying the outsatanding per month instead of maintainace. He wants the house selling so he can buy place and have little one few days a week, which would mean me renting and living off the profits of the house sale, or moving into a council house in an area where i wouldnt sleep at night, Wotever anyway i wouldnt recieve any benefits because i had money in the bank. My solicitor has told me to chill out and relax as the judge will not force a family out of their home , but his solicitor rekons the jude will because i can go out and work take on a mortgage etc. I told my hubby it sounds impossible as i am blacklisted for a start, you also have to be in 2yrs at leat full time employment for a mortgage, anyone else been in this situation? any advice please xx
