DateAnalyzer Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 One of the girls who rejected me in July, i asked her can i be her platonic friend since we have friend chemistry and she said-"sure, call me tonight" I'm doing this because I want to kind of get an idea of why she may go for a guy from listening to her talk about other men on the phone, and where he took her and what he did. I'm basically going to be a girlfriend who is a guy and I'm going to do whatever it takes to succeed at this dating thing in addition to coming here for advice.

The drawback is if other girls know you are on a friendship basis with her they will assume you are friendzone worthy and there you will stay. They will assume that if she is not romantically interested in you neither should they be interested. It is like walking around with a sign around your neck that says put me in the friendzone now. Now, if this gal would truly be your friend and get down and start working on fixing you up with her friends that would be great. But, I bet that is not going to happen. Been there, done that:(
