I am at work so I have to get a little work done. I'll be back in a few to answer my own ?s

LS is a great place for advice. But the posts are usually drama laden (as is life:D) Let's lighten it up a little start with M/F and any other info you want to share

1. What attracts you to a partner? Physically and personality wise

Physically, I prefer a tall man, average build..not too thin and don't like the muscular types. I've always preferred dark haired or light brown. Not that into blondes. Light eyes. Nice hands and teeth. Personality wise..intelligence, sense of humor, above average in integrity/morals, humble.

2. What do you absolutely have to have in a relationship?

Love, affection, consideration.

3. What are deal breakers?

Dishonesty and abuse of any kind.

4. Partner or you have any bad habits that drive eachother crazy?

I can't really think of any...my H is a little OCD about things but I'm used to it. I guess he'd say he wishes I was more like him that way. I tend to be a packrat and can't throw things away.

5. fun or embarrassing relationship stories?

Can't really think of any now.

6.think of anything else?

Touche if I wasn't so humble I'd say you described me in all my perfectness ;)

1. What attracts you to a partner? Physically and personality wise

Physically: brunette or dark hair, shorter than me (5'9" or less)

good proprtions in Bust-Waist-hip. Not specific but the waist is the most important. Personality: Playful she has to be able to tease as good as she takes and have a sense of humor. Faithful, honest And not burried in old bagage

2. What do you absolutely have to have in a relationship?

Fun. People get so caught up in everything else they forget that dating is supposed to be fun. Trust, loyalty, focused on me let me explain I've dated girls that spend more time talking about previous relationships than the one we were in I think all guys have the feeling where they want to be the M(ost)I.P.

3. What are deal breakers? #1Unfaithulness. Basically opposite of answers to #2

4. Partner or you have any bad habits that drive eachother crazy?

My GF has a lot of small things that she thinks she needs to have done her way. Wierd things like the arrangement of the pillows on the bed. very OCD. I have fun with it though

5. fun or embarrassing relationship stories? My first girlfriend snuck over when I was a kid and mom found us in bed. Yeah... that was a fun time having her parents come down and having a big group meeting

1. What attracts you to a partner? Physically and personality wise

Physically : tall, broad, with some meat :D Thats my kind of guy.

personality: leader, caring, natural, curious, spontaneous, doesn't let little things annoy him, always up for a challenge and able to adapt.

2. What do you absolutely have to have in a relationship?

Love and sex

Jk.. but true

Monogamie .... too lol

Ok seriously. Communication, I don't like bad surprises.

3. What are deal breakers?

Cheating, lies.

4. Partner or you have any bad habits that drive eachother crazy?

I have long hair, I play with it. it can get irritating. I also have a mind of my own, I am smart, I know it, I don't back off easily when I know I am right.

Him: grumpy people. I don't stand people who take their bad mood on me. You woke up moody, thats fine, give me a kiss and go do your own thing.

5. fun or embarrassing relationship stories?

Yeah, that one time where I forgot who I was for a guy. Never again.

6.think of anything else?

Yeah I do, that one time where we got busted making love near a train station. A train was in the station, people in it.

LOL Uh... you're breaking the rules here. I'm going to pretend you meant one time you were pretending to be his teacher but forgot your role and hilarity ensued

Yeah I do, that one time where we got busted making love near a train station. A train was in the station, people in it.

Haha...why does this remind me of a Craigslist personal ad?

1. What attracts you to a partner? Physically and personality wise

Okay, I'll start with ideal physical attributes. Keep in mind that these are all negotiable when looking at personality. Most personality traits are non-negotiable.

Physical: Tall, preferably 6' and over, athletic and lean, and well-dressed. Preferably older by 5 years or more.

Personality: Intelligent, sense of humour, integrity, honour, strong moral values, strength of character, consistent, playful, unselfish and not self-centered. Must have a healthy ego.

2. What do you absolutely have to have in a relationship?

Consistency.

3. What are deal breakers?

Oh so many things. At this point in my life, I'm not prepared to settle since I'm in no hurry to settle down. I've already been married so there's absolutely no rush to reenter that over-promoted state of marital unbliss...

As for my biological clock, if and when the ticking gets too much, I'll breed on my own.

4. Partner or you have any bad habits that drive eachother crazy?

I'm single so ahm free as a bird, baby.

5. fun or embarrassing relationship stories?

Discretion is the better part of valour. :p

6.think of anything else?

Not at the moment but if I do, I'll update my ad. :lmao:

Oh...no no,

I have done similiar critera assessment writing excercises such as these. When I do then the Universe sends me exactly what I asked for ....with a loophole clause.

As far as no. 5. This should be it's own thread. Too many.

One might have been when I made a dinner for a boyfriend and his friend and his girlfriend. I made something that was just awful, I am still not quite sure what it was. Everyone looked at it and tried to figure out the best way to ...approach it. I was so embarrassed. It was funny.

Also one other funny thing was a guy I dated shortly. He had ocd a lot worse then my little issues. I remember speaking with him in his kitchen where he had a decorative bottle of wine on the counter. I was talking with him and holding the bottle and I moved it one or two inches. He moved it back ...all of this happening during some friendly discussion and we were looking eye to eye to each other. I moved the bottle again and he Freaked out a little and told me to stop. I found it funny and moved the bottle a whole bunch for like 5 seconds, he left the room. He broke up with me soon after when I spilt something.

Got another one Best/Worst "line" used or used on you.

mine: The worst one I've heard some guy at the grocery store told my GF she dropped something she stopped and looked at the floor. Then he says "your smile" She liked it I thought it was Cheesy

My personal worst line: I go to CU and had a book in my hand while I was waiting for food I asked the girl next to me "Huh, so do you know how much a polar bear weighs?"

awkward look from her "um...no"

"yeah, neither do I but I bet it's enough to break the ice, hi I'm -----" goofy? yes. immature? yes Did it work? yes

Posted

Worst, I have yet to hear it but if i was to hear "Aren't you tired, you've been running through my mind all day" I'd go "take a hike" lol cause i know this line and it's extremely cheesy ...

Best? "Hi, I'm <name> and you?" ... I like when someone has the balls to come to me.
