wesrjohn Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Met a great girl, have been dating for a month. She stayed at my house last weekend after I picked her up. The day she needed to go, I decided to let her drive my other car home to save me a trip and to let her use the car cause hers is broken. Along the way she broke down and called me so I went to rescue her. When I got there I found that the car needed to be towed. I was planning to have the tow truck drop the car at my house and I would continue on to take her home. She was acting strangely while I made the arrangments and called the tow truck. She wouldnt sit in my truck with me while we waited and just acted kind of snippy. Next thing you know another car pulls up and she walks over to it and starts talking with the guy driving. I get out of my truck and ask her who it was and she says its her brothers friend and hes going to drive her home. I was truely amazed as they drove off leaving me there to wait. Later I left her a message at her house to call me and make sure she got home ok. She never called. In the next 5 days I left her several messages and emails with no response. So I decided it was time to move on. Then today I get 2 emails from her telling me she was sick, seeing the doctor, and would call me this afternoon. Its now evening and no call. All this from a woman who told me that she loved me and considered herself my girlfriend. This behavior is way out of my boundries and with saddness, consider us over. Could there be any truth about her being sick? I know when Im sick, I dont alienate the people who I love. And this "brothers friend" bull**** is pretty laughable or is it? I cant have this crap from a girlfriend. Should I listen to any explanation from her or go no contact?
tinktronik Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 I would go NC . Based on the fact that you think you are in love after a month of dating and already there are problems I would just give it up.
FrequentFlyer Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 I decided it was time to move on This behavior is way out of my boundries It's over. Move on.
dbtmarley Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 It does sound fishy to me. If she wants you she will make the next move, but in the mean time I would leave this one alone~
directx Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Sounds like she is blaming you for the broken down car. How old is she?
bradford Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 Any girl who tells you she loves you after dating for a month is certifiable. Not saying it can't happen, or can't be felt, but it shouldn't be said. Period. Drop her like it's hot. You don't need that drama ****. bradford.
kitty99b Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 It sounds too fishy to me. SHe is probably hiding something and lying about something too. I say she is not worth your time. FInd somebody more normal:)
