Having a hard time not thinking about the ex and moving on... I think she is in a relationship already. I feel like i still have feelings. i wish my mind doesn't wander about her. anyone else?

Pick an area of yourself or your life you're unhappy with or wish to change or improve...then work on it. Work on making yourself feel good. Takes your mind off things and makes you feel good at the same time. Have some you time

Yes, in fact, I think about him ALL the time. It's sad, because we've been broken up for 2 years now, but I find it's very difficult to completely get over someone, especially your first love (which he was). I know people say try to get busy with other activities and meet new people, which helps I suppose, but I think what really makes a difference is meeting someone else and getting into a serious relationship that is different and hopefully *better* than the one you had with your ex.

I feel the same way ash, mine was first love too, went out for two years, lived together for one and separated for two... My ex came back a year ago telling me she made a mistake and to give her time....which i gave...but to find her pull away a month ago bc maybe she found someone new.

 

I feel so hurt at times that i don't even want to get into a relationship anymore. Over the two years i have passed up about 5 girls, even one was my ex's friend, who liked me.

Oh yeah im in the same exact situation. Can't stop thinkin about my ex. Its been 3 months, and i know that time is suppose to heal wounds, but its not workin for me. In my case my ex already has a new girlfriend, whom he left me for. I feel so much hatred for her, and all i want is to forget about him, but nothing seems to work.
