I really wanted to go because I'm so attracted to her and I kind of see her as GF material but my bank account wasn't quite ready for that kind of outing. I have to plan something like that out in advance because of course I would pay for everything if I like the girl. She seems dsappointed that I declined but did't want to tell her it was MONEY

Long as you aren't the shy type, gotta be able to carry a conversation. Ask her if she would like to meet in person, she has your interest. Don't hide your thoughts, share em with the girl. They can lead to wonderful places....

I would treat it as dutch - and then buy a few things for her along the way (refreshments, etc) - just to be nice. But if she calls and asks you to hang out and then expects you to pay for the entire thing - then you should run the other way.

I was going to pay for the round trip ticket and cab fare once we arrived back in philly. The meal was going to be a Dutch thing
