I posted a topic a couple weeks back, and this is a continuation to it. My ex and i have not spoken or seen each other in three weeks. I am still very angry at him, but managed to go about my life, and i started dating someone new.

Today at work, i saw him and her and the cashiers till. He knows i work there, why did he feel the need to bring her in? I freaked out, and went back into my work area, where i calmed myself down. Then i walked out of the bakery, and walked right past them head healed high. I don't know if he saw me, (she has no idea what i look like) But about a month ago i told him never bring her in the store and he laughed. If he cared about me at all in our two years, why would he throw it in my face? I understand they need food, but really how hard would it of been it keep her in the car. Now everyone at works knows the truth.

I'm a freaking wreck, and i have plans to see my new bf tonight. I want my ex to feel my type of emotional pain.

Sorry but you don't own the store and it is a boyfriend/girlfriend thing to do to go to the grocery store together, you really can't ask him to modify his life because you work there. Yah, if a guy told me "you need to stay in the car, my exgf works in there" that would be rude and it would be over with us. You are dating someone new, so why does it matter? You may think he brought her in to throw her in front of your face, but honestly, his life doesn't revolve around thinking about what you are doing that much, sorry.

He had never brought her before today why now? And our town has two stores. Plus i'm not over him, and have many unanswered questions. he broke up with me for her.

I know you feel badly, but it sounds like a pretty small town and you are going to be running into them. After a while, it won't bother you. I'm sure he wasn't really thinking "Oh my ex works here" when he came in.

Your problem is a common one. After a failed 25 year marriage, I still dread seeing my ex seven years later. Add in the "affair partner" she's now married to and it's worse.

It might be nice to have a Twilight Zone moment and wish them both to the cornfield... but it ain't gonna happen, so all of us just need to put up with the discomfort.

I feel for you, however it's just one of life's smaller challenges.

sorry, i feel that was very insensitive on his part. sure, there may be times you can expect to bump into each other accidently...however, i would go out of my way not to invite the situation. NOT COOL!
