Oh I cannot believe this, I was just slowly getting over my rejection last week and I was searching for a new girl. so I put an ad on craiglist and received a nice response and I was so ready to make a good impression by sending back a very pleasant email. So after she gets the email, she replies back and says-"I know who you are and you know my girlfriend" her girlfriend is the one I went on a date with last thursday. why in the hell would two girls browse the same site looking for a guy??

I'm OUTDONE

Your disapproval with two friends looking at the same site is ludicrous. Are you honestly suggesting that females divvy up what dateing sites they're going to use? "Hey TBF, you get Match, and I get eHarmony, and Allina, she'll get Chemistry, and Melody, you'll get Yahoo personals..." :lmao: Next thing I know you'll suggest two friends can go to the same bar, same restaurant, join the same rec team...

Stop, please, you're too far behind as it is.

Also, Craigslist isn't really a "dating" site. Yes, that function is there...but that's not it's primary purpose. If you're interested in dating sites, use actual dating sites, not bulletin boards.

I know but I'm so pissed right now because that was my most creative ad which got me a nice reply and it turns out to be the girlfriend of a girl who already rejected me. I just can;t win for nothing

Yes, I fear you cannot establish online dating rules. Were you just racking your brain for something to post about today?

But I want eHarmony too. Can't we play together for once? Pretty please? I'll send you a photospread for Beckham if you let me...

she may not be interested if her friend rejected me. I was surprised she even emailed me back if that was the case

Forget emailing anyone back. You're not ready for public consumption yet. What I would do if I were you is get yourself squared away with the attitude and also with what bothers you physically. Concentrate on YOU for awhile. I'm serious. You may want to forget about dating right now.

Seriously, I say this for your own good. Get yourself together first.

Gosh, you sound like a 13 yr old... really.

Are you saying that YOU only go on one site only???

What if one girl was on eHarmony, let's say...and the other one was on Match and you were browsing both sites... and sending a message to this other girl...she would still say she knows you...

geezzz It's a free world... I don't believe there are still guys like you out there...no wonder you don't date anyone...

Well I go to multiple sites but i know if me and a male friend was to both go on the same site, chances are we would be talking to the same girls and if i can prevent something like that why wouldn;t I?

Well, I agree with you about her emailing you back. If she had NO interest she would have just laughed about it with her g/f. So I'd proceed with her as if nothing happened with her friend. Just laugh that off and pursue her as you normally would with anyone. (Well maybe not the way you "normally" would...you need pointers..but that's another matter entirely!)

You should let us help you with the correspondences. I'm serious.

You're just not dating material right now. Well, maybe if the woman was deaf and blind..

Gee, what a nice, polite comment. No rudeness there at all. Nope. Not a bit.
