underpants Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 I was curious if anyone wanted to share a really wonderful date that they had with someone? I have had several, or maybe I just make the most of things and try to have fun no matter what darn it. I do remember a great date I had in college. He picked me up and told me to look in the glove compartment where there was a bag full of quarters. We went to a local arcade and just had fun for a couple of hours playing all the classic games. Then we would up walking down a street where all the trees were lit up with lights. It was very nice and romantic and I just had to kiss him for the effort and planning, he wooed me. We went out a couple more times and I can't even remember his name now (I suck), but I do remember that it was an awesome date. A recent great date I went on was a private movie that was shown in an old cemetary. Cool points for that creativity. I think it is possible to have a great time with someone and even if it doesn't work out. A great date, planned with creativity and enough relaxation with yourself to handle the unexpected and even find laughter when things 'go wrong' can leave a good impression. I have just been reading so many bad experiences I wanted to open up the discussion to some good dating experiences. Share?
sofakingmad Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 i just had a date recently not the best date i ever had but fun. we went out for dinner/drinks i picked her up at her place. first date go figure guess she has high trust. anyway we have a great rapport going and we're laughing and just getting each other. after dinner she invites me into her place and gives me the tour. her dog "mario" starts humping my leg haha soo w/e she starts telling me about some pictures she wants to hang and i told her i had a stud finder. so we're going out again. i made it to the second date at least...

It started off with us meeting for dinner and ended with sex in a parking garage. In between there was a bar fight, we were propositioned for a threesome and had a nasty run in with his ex-wife. Sex on a first date was completely out of character me, but I was desperately in need of some excitement in my life and he provided it. Even though we only dated for a couple of months, he is now one of my closest friends. We still talk about that night and have a good laugh. Most exciting date ever.
