mmmmm Beckham!

But, I've also liked short guys, skinny guys, big guys (more bear than marshmallow), and hairy guys. The Beckhams turn my head first, though.

none... I am not attracted to fat nor skinny...

My ideal is tall, dark and handsome... I don't like skinny guys when I feel I might break them if I hug too hard... LOL

and really fat guy don't turn me on... but I would prefer a bit overweight than a really skinny guy.

Blond-blue eyes don't turn me on either.

Since this is about a wish list, my preference is for lean, fit, tall and gorgeous men who are intelligent, wickedly witty thus showing an irreverent sense of humour, protective, assertive, sensitive to all my needs but manly enough to put their foot down when it's unreasonable. Oh, and let's not forget that size matters too. A pencil crayon just won't do.:o:love:

In reality, if there's chemistry, hey, it's all open to negotiation...

I don't think any one of us can say "women generally" prefer skinny or fat guys. We can only state our own personal preference.

As for body type, I prefer a tall, athletic guy...someone who looks like a soccer player, quarterback, or swimmer. Beckham, Leinart, McCaughnahey - those bodies all come to mind.

I actually like fat guys.

Not obese. I love beer bellies and love handles and bubble butts. Sooo cute. Much better than a stick thin heroin guy.

Check out my avie for Beckham...

McConaughey is pure sex with that southern accent.

Yay! I love these kinds of threads. :bunny: I like 'em tall (6'+), lean, broad-shouldered, toned but not super muscular. While not ideal I can find guys who are a tad bit chunky or skinny attractive. Chubby is worse than skinny when it's too extreme. Hair color isn't so important to me as long as their eyebrows and eyelashes are dark and their hair isn't light blonde. On average I probably probably go for darker guys more just because they tend to have better defined faces. I also don't like very fair skin on guys. There are always exceptions, of course. This is just my ideal.

Each person is different. For me it doesn't matter as long as I'm attracted to him. :D

yep, an accent is hugely appealing to me, too. Looks are okay, I've dated a whole range of guys, and what kept my interest was a lively personality. What got me to notice them for the first time was some physical characteristic, like blue eyes, nice butt, the way they walked, their accent, their demeanor ... so I can't really say "fat V. skinny" when that's the last thing I'd consider when seriously considering a guy.

Just wanted to add a few celeb examples of my ideal body type: Adrian Brody (though not crazy about the face), Christian Bale, Paul Walker, Josh Hartnett.

That said, I tend to notice faces on guys first, specifically the eyes. I really have to fall in love with his eyes to fall in love with him. There's got to be that 'spark'.

I'll have one of those too, thanks!

Pssssssh. Don’t have to drool over the pic. Get to snuggle with his look alike. I kid you not!! :D

For me, I usually gravitate towards the medium athletic build ... but I’ve seen sexy guys in all shapes and sizes. It has more to do with the presentation and how the guy carries himself, for me.

So far almost all of ya are proving that women are more superficial than men. I know its a generalization, but the posts here aren't provin' it wrong so far.

Like me, I like all kinds of women...I like women with a little meat on their bones, or slender...big boobs...small....tall, short....it doesn't really matter to me.

What matters to me is the first thing that attracts me to her....her face. The eyes and smile first and foremost. If she has that, the rest of her doesn't matter to me that much.

Now I don't want a 200lb 5'5" woman either...but I don't mind my women being a little overweight. I actually like it...just as long as it doesn't look like she has elephantitis.

I prefer guys to be nice, strong, and tall.I have seen alot of attractive guys that are short, fat and tall, though.Men are sexy in all heights.

I like my (H) men with abit of meat on them. No skin and bones, but also I don't like the real chizzled (sp??) chest and too many muscles either. I like the love handles!

But, like Bish, there has to be something 'there' to capture me. I remember with my H, I knew him for a while before we 'noticed' eachother. He walked by me one day, and I smelled the air - then I LOOKED at him and was like hmmmmmm......That was the beginning and almost 14 years later, here we are.

Come get all you want, we grow them like that on every street corner down here. We also have your Brad Pitt's...Kalifornia style. Take them ....please.

I like them tall and skinny. Somewhat athletic is nice. The brain is the sexiest part of the body for me. Like TBF said if there is chemistry then there is negotiation.

Yup, brain please. That one is non-negotiable. There's nothing sexy about a knuckle-dragger who only communicates by grunting...two grunts = supper...

Oh come on. I'm a guy and I know this is crap. Asking someone what they prefer and them calling them superficial for it is ridiculous. EVERYONE has a preference, regardless of what they say. Superficial comes into play when one will only leave the door open for someone who fits into their preference. No one here said they would turn down someone that was not their (fantasy) ideal. Therefore, there's no basis for inferring any one of them is superficial.

I LOVE girls that are 10-20 lbs above the "hollywood" norm. That's not superficial if I'm willing to consider a nice looking skinny girl.

Point being, these women all want an adonis(a majority of the ones that posted anyway), but if a man says he doesn't want someone slightly overweight or who doesn't look like Jessica Alba, then he's a superficial pig.
