He is a cheater so he is the other woman's problem now and good riddance. I think he is a weasel for breaking up with you by email. The chances of his marriage working out aren't very good. Some of the excitement of his new relationship was because he was cheating, now that you know, it won't be nearly as exciting and you can bet that it won't be long before he is cheating on her too.
