DatingAgain Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 question: why would a man TELL a woman to her face that he'd like to see her again, then EMAIL this same woman after that first date, ending it with "let me check my schedule to see when we can do this again" and THEN disappear? Why say anything? What's the deal with this kind of behavior?

Read the book "He's just not that into you." Very informational.
KnowHowLoveFeels Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 He didn't want to reject you in your face because he didn't want to have to explain himself. He didn't want to deal with having you sobbing or demanding to know why he didn't want to see you again. It sucks to be rejected on email.
Steveto Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Gotta love flakes! This happened to me once and just recently...It still doesn't make any sense to me other than the fact that the other person is just not into you/me...boggles the mind that people can do this. I am gonna give my flake one last chance...I don't know why I am doing this..bah!

chryssy83 Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Eh, he's just a coward...guys are like that sometimes. I know that it stinks to be "rejected" but this doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you at all. On to better things, I say!
daphne Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Guys aren't the only cowards. Women do this a lot more than men.
