trent25 Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 Okay, I need feedback here on what to do. She has texted me all weekend. Saying she is sorry for hurting me and misses me as a friend. I was cordial but formal. Acting like it really doesn't matter, but that she should have told me you had a dude or you didn't like me, I would have moved on myself. She then asks me to call her if I ever want to meet for lunch or dinner. She wants me to call. I said to her, "You call me, I won't bite you". So I don't know what to do, should I call and say okay lets meet and see how it goes? Or should I let her call me after not contacting for a while again. I don't want this to sound like a game, but I just don't feel comfortable calling someone who dated somebody two weeks after she broke up with me. What should I do?

If you must talk to her, tell her that you are not comfortable with the idea of going out with her - maybe one day, but not now - say 'thanks but no thanks' and leave it at that.
