I'm a wimp! Didn't want to go to the bookstore as I always see people I know, so I bought them from amazon online and had them delivered next day!

yeah, umm ... me too. Seriously. There's a Barnes & Noble less than a quarter mile from my front step, and I still ordered from Amazon - and paid the extra $ for next day delivery.

I was surprised when WH was determined to get his copy NOW and decided to go straight to B&N - I asked if it bothered or embarrassed him, and he said yes it did, but it was his own fault, and that it was important to just get his copy and start right away. And I was glad when he did, and put in the time and effort immediately to read it through.

I'll look into Surviving Infidelity by R Subotnik & G Harris - you said you liked this one? What stood out to you about it? Thanks for the help. :)

.

I know how you feel. Although I knew I probably wouldn't know anyone in the store, it was still very uncomfortable buying the book. You just get an uneasy feeling that people are judging you when you go up to pay for it, at least I did.

Thanks for the info on the other books. I'm going to check and see if they have the first one at our store.
