Marielle Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 After thinking about it, regarding my previous post (if you could send a msg to mm ) Here is what I will put () "Bachelors have consciences, married men have wives." - Samuel Johnson How s that?
Art_Critic Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 How about silence instead... Sometimes silence can be deafening if applied properly..
Author Marielle Posted June 16, 2007 Author Posted June 16, 2007 How about silence instead... Sometimes silence can be deafening if applied properly.. Art, lol, you're so right, 90% here suggested that, so I m going to go with the majority and stick to silent mode (it's sooooo hard, because I'm tempted). In the meantime I will continue to have a life, that it's really not that bad after all. Moving on....
Onelife Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 Not suggesting you send anything either and agree that silence is best. But just love that quote!
Author Marielle Posted June 16, 2007 Author Posted June 16, 2007 lol, I know... How are you doing One?
Onelife Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 lol, I know... How are you doing One? Thanks so much for asking. I am doing fine. Have ups and downs but sticking with NC for the longest time - 9 days. I've been doing fine till last night I had a dream about me and him and it got me so down. Well...finally picked myself up and keep on going with my life...without him. It will get better. I know it! Moving on.....

Moving on..... Tell me about dreams, arrrgh, but that's normal, it's the healing system...I m sure yourself, like me went through other breakup(s), and time heals every thing, you look back and say: Why soooooo much pain, or why was I soooo into him. It's just 9 days, it's so recent, time is going to go faster if you do stuff you enjoy. (((((((onelife))))))) We deserve a better life

As for the stuff I enjoy to do and I have found it very helpful is going to the spinning class. I go very often (4-5 days a week), it helps me to sleep like a baby at night but I don't know what got into me last night though . I would love to dance like you too but I am so bad with rhythm!!!:D
Author Marielle Posted June 16, 2007 Author Posted June 16, 2007 ohhh, you're a spinning girl? I tried but it hurted my butt afterwards:laugh: But it's really good for you, exercise is the best thing against stress, anxiety, depression(ok, I m sounding too teacher), it helps me a lot. Some ppl do yoga and they say it does miracles for your mind and body. It's my next resolution, to be a "yoga babe" Keep spinning!!!! M.
Onelife Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 It's good we can be SPINNING in a good way!!! LOL....
whichwayisup Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 DO the silence. Anything other than that will NOT have the effect you want it to have on him. Even if it makes you feel better, thinking that he will feel bad, he won't. Also, but putting out a comment, it leaves the door open for him to make the next comment, and that is DRAMA. Something you don't need, even if it is online and in signatures. It's stupid, ya know?
