whichwayisup Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Paranoid about someone snooping in your email, or you feel you need to snoop in your spouses email? If someone has nothing to hide, then having passwords etc., shouldn't be a big deal to them.

MG, I've read that you need a "memory key logger" and I have downloaded such, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to work. I, too, would like to look at old email accounts on my computer. I also downloaded a Yahoo program that claims it goes back years and years and again, can't get what I need. I hope someone who knows how to do this responds.

fallenangel02 Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 yes u can download yahoo archive decoder..or some similar program...nd it will tell all the yahooo Id;s used on yahoo messenger i have tried it....its great n i came to know of new accounts H created after i caught him...dont know passwords though..still...it was helpful. let me know if u need the link....

Poboy Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 just google yahoo decoder and you will get how it works . there are many such softwares like keyloggers which basically records every activity from your keyboard. but if you are not tech savy and your partner is , he /she can easily find out you are snooping and you are in serious trouble then.

Yeah...please explain...any way to protect ourselves? I think the bottom line here is...we've been lied to and experienced coverups that are breaking our hearts and creating major distrust. I know I don't want to be screwed a third time in 25 years. This pain has been just too much.

This pain has been just too much. I used a pretty basic free keylogger I found on the net. My ex-wife wasn't all that computer savvy and it worked out great for me. It basically ran on startup and was somewhat invisible. I knew enough to disguise the installation fairly well too. However, I remember running across software that eluded the anti-spyware software that many computers have today. For those of you scared about getting caught snooping, I'd probably look for something like this. Just search on Google for "keylogger". Of course this stuff had a price, but I don't remember it being overly expensive (less than $50). I went through all this crap last year, and I know how much it sucks to be feeling the way you are. Believe me, eventually you'll see the light at the end of the tunnel!
