Pyro Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 I have to admit that drama seems to surround good-looking men... Not all of us........ I can honestly say that I have no drama in my life and it feels great.
alphamale Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 I have to admit that drama seems to surround good-looking men... well duh TBF....they're more exciting by nature and they also bring out more emotions in women. You'll rarely see two chicks in a cat-fight over some scrawny ugly dude with a big nose...
IpAncA Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Not all of us........ I can honestly say that I have no drama in my life and it feels great. Yeah but I'm sure you have no problem with girls paying attention to you. BE HONEST!
Pyro Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Yeah but I'm sure you have no problem with girls paying attention to you. BE HONEST! I have my moments, but don't we all? I don't mind it if some guy checks my GF out and vice versa.
tanbark813 Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 All I'm going to say is that when your SO is not so attractive, things are easier. Try telling that to the people on Jerry Springer.
Pyro Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Try telling that to the people on Jerry Springer. But those are paid actors and actresses...........
Topper Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Funny how some men get better looking as their bank accounts get bigger.
IpAncA Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 I have my moments, but don't we all? Some more than others. But yeah we do I'll admit that. Try telling that to the people on Jerry Springer. True true. But trash always brings drama.
Pyro Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Some more than others. But yeah we do I'll admit that. But that doesn't bring drama, now does it?
IpAncA Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 But that doesn't bring drama, now does it? It can but you'd have to be an idiot to do so.
Pyro Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 It can but you'd have to be an idiot to do so. Hey, I was young and stupid at that time.
IpAncA Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Hey, I was young and stupid at that time. Sure.....I'll go along with that. But anyhow like I said before from my own experience, I went thru all that damn drama and it's was the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

But anyhow like I said before from my own experience, I went thru all that damn drama and it's was the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Thats what I got for dating a girl who was more into her looks then anything else. Drama drama drama.
justagirliegirl Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 How can the gorgeous people not be a bit self absorbed when all their lives they have been given special treatment and fawned over because of their looks? No, they don't make good spouses.
Pyro Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 How can the gorgeous people not be a bit self absorbed when all their lives they have been given special treatment and fawned over because of their looks? No, they don't make good spouses. Becasue there are far more important things to life rather then focusing on your own self. Not everyone is selfish.
IpAncA Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Actually has anyone ever seen these good looking people married? I've only seen a couple myself. The rest are either in long-term or dating. Maybe it's just the area I'm in.

alphamale Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Actually has anyone ever seen these good looking people married? A buddy of mine, Mike, is a pretty good looking dude, he's like 6'4". Unfortuantely he doesn't believe he's good looking and has low self esteem and low self confidence (with women at least). He could have almost any woman yet he married this fat ugly witch who bosses him around and stuff. Everyone hates her including all his friends and his family. I hate her too. When they got engaged he only had $2,000 for the ring. This was unacceptable for her so she took him to the jewelery store and put in $4,000 of her own cash and bought a $6,000 ring that she liked How unfortunate.

Author marlena Posted June 13, 2007 Author Posted June 13, 2007 The problem with that question is that we all have our own perception of who is "good looking". Well, some things are just too obvious to be oveloooked! Who can deny the beauty of a statue of Apollo? No one. He may not be your type (maybe you prefer short bald men) but he is still undeniably beautiful!

Trialbyfire Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 Not all of us........ I can honestly say that I have no drama in my life and it feels great. I guess it has to do with the way you handle relationships. well duh TBF....they're more exciting by nature and they also bring out more emotions in women. You'll rarely see two chicks in a cat-fight over some scrawny ugly dude with a big nose... All you have to do is to check out the OW/OM forum. I'm guessing there are a number of MM who are scrawny ugly doods with all sorts of large body parts...
bish Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 Do ugly - or even simply average - looking men - make better lifetime partners? Just curious to know what you all think. No, there are plenty of good looking men that are marriage material. but if you constantly go for looks to satisfy your superficialities, then don't be surprised by what you end up getting.

Lots of guys think that the type of girl who is bleach-blonde and cakes on the make-up is attractive. I do not. I dated one of those type before and she was trouble. We all have our own perception of gorgeous. I guess it has to do with the way you handle relationships. That is very true.......... Some people just love creating drama.
Quinch Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 I'm beautiful on the inside. I have a gorgeous spleen
