Is my brothers roommate flirting or just being nice?

Okay, so i guess you can tell, I have a thing for my brothers roommate, only problem is we live in separate states. Im 17, hes 20, which is no big deal for me, maturity wise i act that age, honestly. However, i found him on facebook, and asked to be his friend and he answered "Hell yes ill be your friend!" and when I commented an odd pic he had up, he wrote back to me. When I write back to him he seems to always have a lot to say and is so nice. When I said I might be visiting this fall he answered "that would be AWESOME!!" and went on about what else he had been doing, showed me the new apt him and my bro will be getting.

Then we started talking on AIM and hes very talkative, very funny, and we have a lot in common, kept apologizing everytime he had to go away, and in general, we had a full conversation the entire time, and we talked for like an hour or 2. Then we goofed off on the sloganizer, which will make a slogan out of your name, and before he had to leave he said, "Andrew is better than sex" just so you know! lol" he also ends conversations with "well Kelly, its been a pleasure."

Help me out please!

sounds to me that he really likes you and you like him.

 

If i was in his shoes I would not ask you out because he is thinking the same as you and wonders if your interested but also doesn't want to mess things up between him and your brother by asking you out.

 

If i was you i'd just ask him outright, something along the lines of "Are you ever going to ask me out?"... he'll be shocked but also put a smile on his face and you'll hit it off.

oh wow, so it does sound like he's interested in me? LOL. Id love to find out, and before I go to chicago, so if we happen to get a moment alone we can make use out of it. Hes a really sweet guy!

I talked to him the other day, we talked for 3 hours! LOL. I asked him "in some of your pics you wear glasses and others you don't. Do you wear contacts?" and he answered that he did. i do too, and i told him I did, so he asked me how often i wear them, ect. I said " i dont know how good i look in glasses, so im a little shy about wearing them" he said "metoo" and i told him i thought he looked fine in glasses, to which he replied "yeah? thanks!" I showed a pic of me in my glasses and he said "thats a nice pic." I dunno if he was saying it because he felt obligated or what.

I mean, its not like its really really major, because we live in different states, and I dont expect a long distance relationship, I just want to know if hes interested in me, lol.
