Hi everyone,

I've been going to the gym regularly about 3 times a week for nearly three months. I warm up for 1o minutes, then weight training for one hour and I finish up with running on treadmill or using stair climber for 30 minutes.

 

My question is I now start going to the spinning class which lasts about 50 mins for 5-6 days a week for the past two weeks. Only Mon, Wed and Fri I do weight training then spinning for buring and Tus and Thu I just attend the spining class and nothing else. Is it too much to do? I am not overweight, my height and weight are in good proportion. Just want to train myself for riding up the mountain that is about 10 miles uphill.

I think that as long as you are healthy and suppling your body with enough nutrients then this is fine :)
