KittenMoon Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I keep dreaming about getting back together with my ex. It's very frustrating. Why? Because they're NEVER sugarcoated, "everything is perfect" dreams. We might be together, but in my dreams we argue, I can never get him to listen to me, he ignores our problems or just tries to act like nothing happened. And I end up thinking (in the dream)- "UGH, this is why we're broken up, why would we ever get back together?!". Yet these dreams persist, and there's just enough happy nostalgia in them that I wake up feeling lousy in the mornings. Anyone else have these kinda dreams? You'd think after all this time my brain would stop reminding me of all the reasons we didn't work, and start shifting to dreams of sex with James Franco or somthing!
alphamale Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 Anyone else have these kinda dreams? yes...the more someone got under your skin (emotionally) the longer these dreams last after the breakup. I still have occasional dreams of someone I last saw 2 years ago but I would never want to see her again IRL. Its weird. I don't have any other answers KITTEN MOON except just be happy they are dreams and not reality. James Franco who's that?

I have yet to dream about Harry, but I do have recurring dreams about Jennifer Aniston.
