Is it true that, let's say you don't have a very active sex life with your wife, you get a OW then your libido is improved...and you either have more sex with your wife...or you masturbate more often, thinking about 'her'? A few of my lovers have told me this... so I wonder how others feel. Thanks. (ps I'll be back in a short while ha-hem... to check the thread)

I asked MM and he said that the A actually improved his sex life with W but that sex was much better with me (well duh!). I think that may have been the case in the beginning of our relationship when we were trying not to have an A. We would get "all worked up" at work and then he had to go home to W where I assume he got his release. Anyway, that's my MMs 2 cents, for whatever its worth!

My guess would be it could go either way depending on the person. I have read that sometimes when there is a strong Emotional Affair the involved person's who are in the ea can actually back away from intimacy with their spouse because they feel as though they are "Cheating" on the person whom they are in the ea with. This did not happen to me, but it kind of makes sense. AP
