There's gonna be a lot of stuff you hate doing, mainly because you've been used to making decisions in a pair. But trust me, from vacations to new apts to a brand new routine- IT IS DOABLE. The trick is that no matter how you feel about it, you just do it.

Yes, you just will have to do it. Life itself will give you a wake up call and whether or not you like it, whether or not you can, you will do what needs to be done ... you will be forced ..one way or another..even if it means finally washing your hair because the itch is just to much to bear

or washing the dishes because you have run out of dishes

or going to the bank because you have run out of money

and the list goes on ... from bats to mice to dirty hair and laundry..

or having to pick yourself up and get to work

or feeding the dog or children or whatever

Life will not stop simply because you feel you can not cope ...it will force you to cope sooner or later ..

and then you will find you had rexerves of strength you never knew existed...

and you will slowly but ever so surely begin to function despite the anguish you feel is tearing your insides are apart..

It's a subtle process taht you are hardly aware of ..

Soon you will gather strength from little things ...

like watering your dying plants

paying the electricity bill

doing the laundry--

It will come of it's own accord ...inevitably

After my divorce I could hardly feed my 4 year old daughter

BUT I HAd TO

I could hardly drag myself to work

BUT I HAD TO

I had to raise my daughter as a single parent - I hadto be mother and father at once

I HAD TO

I too had a mouse ..and battled with it for a month before I caught the bugger

I had to move on when all I wanted to do was wallow in self pity

It's called depression and we have all had our share of it ..

And yes it is paralysing to the extreme

and yes you will get through this .. one way or another

You will be OK
