Build: Slender, Athletic, Above Average, or Curvey?

I always wondered what is the difference between Above Average and Curvey when it comes to a persons build?

I've never heard "above average" used in terms of build before. I have used people describe their looks that way. I suppose it would mean that average is not thin, not fat....but above average would be closer to thin, but not stick thin? Hmm.
