Does he touch you when you talk like a hand on your arm? Really everyone is different, but if you clue us into how your convo's have been going, have you been out? Does he pay? Did he ask for your number? Did he call when he said he will? That would help us give you advice.

If you really want to know and you won't give any info about the situation, where you met him, if you know his name, how long you've known him, have you kissed him? then the only suggestion I can make is to just come out and ak him. More info would be great, I don't know how much advice I can offer you without at least knowing how old you are. As for signs, i think Sketchy gave you the ones you should be looking for.
